Preparation Step 1: Make sure all protective gear is worn such as a helmet, elbow pads, knee pads and wrist guards. Step 2: Make sure all Poweriser straps are tight and secure. Step 3: Make sure you have had sufficient warm up exercises as stated in manual.
How To Use Powerisers 1. A beginner should use a bench in order to easily buckle up the straps. 2. The belts securing both feet should be tightly fastened. 3. Try to stand by leaning on the wall or with a friends help. 4. Use your friend or wall to slowly walk alongside for easy walking 5. Do not attemp to run or jump when you are a beginner
